Resonator delete?

hey i drive an 01 chevy impala (3400 series) i recently added magnaflow dual-exhaust, and i am debating on deleting the resonator, i am very cautious that it will create the dreaded rice burner sound. what do u guys think?

resonators are to keep down on interior noise, not exterior.

you may notice some change outside the car, but not much, it's a pass-thru design. the main purpose of the resonator is to limit interior drone.
