Did you add something to the fuel injection circuit that is not stock? Check the wiring for the circuit to make sure the wire is not damaged causing the short. Make an enlarged copy of the wiring diagram and use a highligher to trace the affected circuit. Then systematically inspect each component in the circuit. Unplug various items to help isolate the short. Example would be to unplug the fuel pump and then turn the key on. If the fuse blows, then you maybe able rule out the fuel pump as the culprit.
