Question '94 cougar xr-7 -- ignition

ello,
im in the process of buying a 94 cougar xr-7 Bostonian Edition, 4.6L engine and 110k miles . im buying this vehicle from an older lady that can't drive no more because of health reasons for a couple hundred , but anyways. . . i cannot start the car becuase the ignition cylinder is gone, i have tried to start it up with a screw-driver but that dosent do much. i want to fix it up with my brother, but im not sure if buying only the ignition swich cylinder will be enough? or will i have to buy the whole part that's behind the steering wheel. if so where do i go to buy it? do you know of any website?
Thanx,
Mark

Re: '94 cougar xr-7 -- ignition

You can try a local chain auto parts store for an ignition lock and switch.
