I can drive my car somewhere and turn it off and then it won't restart you have to wait 20 or 30 min. and it will start like new or if you start it and the check engine light comes on, turn it off for 30sec. and restart it and the engine light will not come back on. I have replaced the fuel pump and the ignition module any ideas why it won't restart for 30 min?

Welcome to AF, as a result of not doing any diagnostics you seem to have spent some money here. Try dumping some water on the crank sensor which is mounted on the r/s of the crank balancer. Or check for spark and injector pulse when this occurs( recommended method) if none either the cps is bad or the wiring from the cps to the icm.

Its most likely the crank sensor, when it went bad on my car the water never worked but it was tripping the check engine (SES) light . The sensor is in the harmonic balancer
