Any Performance Hope For The 05 4.3l V6
Iam just wondering if anyone knows if maybe a cam and exhaust system will help give me some extra power with my 4.3L V6

I put an after-cat flowmaster exhaust and dumped it before the rear axle and it helped out a little on my truck plus it doesn't sound too bad for a 6. The biggest difference i noticed though was when i put a K&N Intake and a Hypertech programmer on it. Those helped out more than anything especially on the top end where the 6's really are hurting. I don't know about the cam i haven't put one in my truck yet.
