radio and windows just quit

I have a 2000 TA and I'm driving along and the radio and windows quit working. This happens about every other time I'm out. Could be for thirty seconds or thirty minutes. Everything else in good working order. Fuses good, ignition good, no trouble codes. I'm at a loss, any help would bve greatly appreciated.

gotta be a loss on the power or ground side. Especially power, and if the 2 share a relay/maxi fuse I'd replace it and see what gives.

My 97 Z28 does the same thing......got all my other probs fixed but even the mechanic couldn't find what was causing that
