Jumping instead of passing?
Hello, i have a 1999 buick century custom 3.1. and a new problem recently came up.
If i put the gas pedal right on the floor to pass someone instead of excellerating it just starts jumping, almost seems like it's flooding or something. It only happens when I put the pedal right on the floor, I don't do this often but it's nice to have it there when i need it. Also on a side note is there a website or something i could go to to get a free fuse chart, the one in the owners manual doesn't match the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mark.

Re: Jumping instead of passing?
How many miles are on your Century?
Have you checked into the basics like tune up - spark plugs, ignition wires, and fuel filter? On the fuse charts there should be placards inside the lid of the engine compartment fuse box and the covers of the ones on the side of the dashboard.
