Need mod suggestions for 94 Prelude Si

Hey all, I'm new to the modding scene and i would like to get some power gains. I don't want to swap out the engine because I'm pretty satisfied with 2.3, so what would you suggest i get for mods under $800?

IMO start with the easiest and most obvious: CAI and exhaust.

Cold Air Intake -

or SRI...Short Ram Intake.

Either one increases airflow by using a hi-flow air filter.

yeah i had already planned on i/h/e but i was wonderring what else would help performance. also my car is white, so do you think green would look good for an underglow and seat color?

After you do the i/h/e you could re-chip your ECU or use a Hondata - then get it dynotuned. A good tune would give you the most HP gains. You could also get some underdrive pulleys, lightweight flywheel, clutch kit...
