New here: '95 3.8 puller fan won't stop!

I've replaced both temperature sensors on the engine block. But tired of spending money and time and energy at guesswork. Wondering if it's the relay? I've searched the internet looking for information. could use some help!

It is an electrical diagram of the fan system for a 93 tport 3.8. looks like maybe a stuck relay ??? maybe the diagram will help.
