Red face Looking for another vechile

I currently own a 2001 Nissian altima, its a great car has run well in the time that I have had it.
I am currently looking for another used vechile preferrable model year 01 and up. I know that the altima's do have a distrubtor issue from what I understand. Does anyone know of any used import models that are more reliable or at least have less severe maintenance issues to deal with. Any imput will be well apreciated. Thanks

My brother has a 2001 and its only had one major problem in that time, which was covered under the extended warranty. My mom now owns are 2004 and so far so good...

Just my personal experience

What was the major problem you had with the Sentra??
Anyone know if there is a distrubitor issue with a ALTIMA 02 and later?

It was a sensor in the transmission that went bad and the car wouldnt shift or idle right, but to be honest, my brother probably beats on that car. I have no idea aobut the distrubitor problem. Has your Altima had this problem and what happens?

No it has not had this issue thats just what I heard. The only issue I got is it will suddenly shut off at idle. I was told by the dealer I need to clean out my throttle body.
