b18a vtec conversion?

are there any vtec heads that would directly swap onto my b18a 93 gs? would it really be worth it power wise?

Re: b18a vtec conversion?

Do a search (on here or google) for LS/VTEC. They're technically not a direct bolt-on, with the Golden Eagle ls/vtec kit it's pretty close.

Re: b18a vtec conversion?

ok, i have a few questions, i've changed heads before but never from another engine. i got a friend who can hook me up with a 1.6 vtec head and intake manifold for 200$

with the golden eagle kit would i need any other parts like a ECU ect?

any fabrication on my part besides some wiring?

would there be any dangers of throwing a 1.6 vtec head on my b18a? like accelerated wear on the rest of engine

how much more hp and tq would it produce?

this car is a daily driver, its not for racing but i could use a little more power.

this has to be a b series head and you will need a ecu for the head, u might need some wiring and the golden eagle kit comes with everything u need to go to ls/vtec and maybe a ecu wiring harness.
