How much HP can i expect to gain from a cold air intake and flomaster exhaust on my stock 01 Monte ss?

Combine those with a u-bend delete (straightening the exhaust pipe just behind the converter and in front of the resonator where the rear o2 mounts), and you'll gain about 15-20 hp.
