need help

I am on getting a 383 stroker with 450 hp. It isgoing in a 86 ss. My question is I have a th350 tranny what parts would I need to make the tranny able to hold that motors hp and trq? I also would like to ask if anyone knows where I can get a good rear dif and drive shaft not to expensive?

You'll need all the parts necessary to conver the TH350 into a TH400, or you can buy a TH350 or TH700-R4/4L60 built for that level of torque from many shops and on-line vendors. It's hard to beat Moser for Saginaw 10-bolt performance parts. For driveshafts, you may be better off finding a local shop which specializes in custom driveshafts, since the eventual length will depend on the transmission and axle selection and chassis setup.
