Cool 2003 3 series & (M) new general information

the 325i models get more in the optional premium packages including a new rain-sensing wipers and headlight control.

the 330xi gets a new wheel and run-flat tires in the sport package.

Rear head airbags will now be standard, rather than coupled with optional rear side airbags.

3 series audio systems will have a line-in jack allowing to plug in a mp3 player, a minidisc or portable cd player.

In dash CD navigation are now compatible on all bmw models. Previously they were either/or options on some models. So far, no DVD nav. system yet.

M3- run flat tires standard. Power seats option deleted from the coupe.

The NAV on the 3 series will all be DVD based on the 2003. This info came from 3 different dealers in the Atlanta, GA area.

There is also a 4year/50K mile maintenance on the 2003s.

It'd be interesting if North America gets the 330Ci Club Sport package that ppl in UK have .. =)
