clicking in rear panel
When I turn on the rear a/c in my 04 Exp, I hear a clicking in the rear passenger panel, underneath the cup holder. Its probably an air door actuator of some sort. Anyone have experience with this? Wonder if a Chilton's or Haynes manual has pictures or info on this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: clicking in door
I bet the noise sounds like it's coming from the door, but is actually coming from the rear quarter. That would be the actuator clicking. It's fairly easy to replace after you mine throught the trim BS. Unfortunately, the dealer seems to be incapable of giving anyone the right blend door motor the first time, so you might remove the acuator and bring it with you so they can pull the engineering number.
