Help! 2001 740IL Auto Trunk Problem

Hey guys, Hopefully one of you can help. I have a 2001 740 IL and the auto trunk NO longer works. The trunk latches manually, but the motor doesn't draw it down that extra 1/4 inch like it used to. Is there a fuse I can check, or anything elkse that would cause the motor to stop working?
