car pulls slightly to the right when...

So about a month ago i was driving home and going around a turn when the car pulled hard to the right and being lucky no one was around becuase i started swurving. I figured it was do to a flat tire (low on air at the time) that i noticed the next morning. So i got a new tire since it was bald anyways. Anywho, I have noticed since then that sometimes when i hit a bump, small or not, that the front passenger tire seems to pull slighty to the right and the same happens sometimes when going around turns in the road. A few days ago i was goign around the same turn that I had the hard pull on and i had the slight pull to the right that i had been having and started swurving again this tiem with cars coming the other way. does anybody have any idea what would be causing this? im thinking maybe a bad bearing but i really have no idea and i need to get it fixed.

Any body do the obvious yet, check the ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings and steering rack mounts for wear or looseness?

When was the last time you had it aligned? I know I had a rear wheel out of alignment that cause my car to go "off course" when going around a bend and hitting a bump. A 4 wheel alignment fixed it all.

Re: car pulls slightly to the right when...

Last year I made a left turn and snapped a sway bar link. Everytime I would hit a bump or rail road tracks I would hear pop. Likewise it would make slight pop noises turning either right or left. Both links replaced was around $80.

Re: car pulls slightly to the right when...

so after having my car in the shop getting the alignment and told my tieres were ok i took it back. Now they told me my problem wasnt mechanical but the tires were coming apart. So i had 2 new tires out on the front and i will see if that helps. I already noticed a much muhc smoother ride so maybe this was it after all.

Re: car pulls slightly to the right when...

well its been doing the samething still since the new tires. had the car in the shop 3 times and the 3rd time the "head mechanic" looked at it and drove it around and is supposedly really "picky" and he couldnt find anything wrong. So pretty much i need to take it somwhere else is what they were saying i imagine. So when i have time hopefully soon but i am still up for some ideas.
