bringin out the true brains for this one.. brakes locking up

vehicle:
2000 Safari 2WD

the vehicle drives normal until 5-10miles of driving, about 5 min after vehicle is up to temp

problem:
ALL 4 BRAKES LOCK UP!

slowely then eventually you dont go anywhere. You dont have to hit the brakes hard, often, whatever it just happens.. let it sit and cool off for 4 hours and come back and drive it for another 15-20 min BOOM STUCK AGAIN!!

grrrr and I checked all corners, every wheel (vehicle secured but in neutral) does not spin..

Recent repairs.. new master cyl. and booster

Please help me

Re: bringin out the true brains for this one.. brakes locking up

Why was the booster and MC replaced?
I had one do this and found that the brake fluid was contaminated with PS fluid (thanks Jiify Lube).
Very expensive repair!

: i am not an expert, but if the system had P S fluid in it ,everything has to be drained all the way to the brakes, and if [jiffy lube] did it they are responsible and liable for the cost to repair.:

As GMMerlin asked why was the original work done? These are typical symptoms of the rod from the booster to the master too long or misadjusted or an internal leak in the booster gradually applying the brakes.

Re: bringin out the true brains for this one.. brakes locking up

ok well I measured 1/4" of gap I put between the booster and the master by backing off the 15MM bolts that hold the two together.. I dont know where this guy had his work done but they screwed up.. I measured and took out the rod, cut it, reground the round tip to it and reinstalled everything...

Works perfect.. gave it back to him the other day and its been running great, brake free while accellerating, for 550 miles or so now

Thank guys for the suggestions, ill be stickin around for a while
