Your salary...

How much do you make a year? A best estimate is great and if you want, post what job you have!

Re: Your salary...

I'm really in between jobs trying to get a real career going as a state trooper, so I'd be lucky if I make 10k this year :/

Re: Your salary...

I barely made over $10K last year, but I'm on my way up a little more this year. I work at a grocery store.
I live around St. Louis, MO and we just got hit with some HUGE storms. It knocked out electricity to over 700,000 homes. In the middle of a heat wave of 95+ with 95%+ humidity with NO air conditioning. Tons of businesses and stores are out for at least 5 days. Its terrible. I was at work today and found out that 30 other stores in our chain are out right now and the warehouses took a good hit too. These storms are turning out to be expensive. So, hopefully, I'll be getting overtime this week to go work at other stores and help out. I hope they get the electricity up and going for everyone in the area soon.

Re: Your salary...

We get kinda the same problems down here in Geogria as well.
Except it's hurricanes and not just really bad weather.

I make between 13-16k a year. Work at Publix for anyone who lives around GA or FL.
Hope to change that come next year to buy a house.
I say F-Body meet at my place when I get it.

Re: Your salary...

My wife and I were making about 42K a year and then decided to go back to school. We moved and now are making about 500 bucks a month! Rent is 550... Thank goodness for grants and student loans!

Re: Your salary...

I work in a grocery store as well, have done it for the last 15 years, and when you get into management I found it really pays. Plus, on top of what I make my wife works in a doctors office, so we are not hurting at all, and I can afford toys now and then.
