need help high beams

my high beam are both out i change bulbs and light switch . any buddie know what is wrong or what to check thank for any help i check the fuse too. and they are all good.

by dimmer switch i think he means the switch you use to go back and forth from regular to high beams, is that the switch you replaced??

did you check the connectors at the back of the bulbs? if they are not properly seated, it will cause that problem

Do you have those High performance high wattage "off road use only" bulbs? If so,the amp draw these take can melt wires and ruin sockets.

yes i check connector i even re check bulp with my 1997 and they worked in it but not in the 1999 thank for info kimber

take a volt meter to them and see if your getting anything through. trouble it back untill you find where tyour not getting them switched. you may have a short or faulty wiring somewhere not always a switch.

its been awhile since i had the column apart but i believe its the brown wire in your assembly inside the console, a voltmeter or wiggy will tell you for sure tho, since youve already replaced the bulbs and switches check the wiring.

i dont know much about wiring can i replace the front wiring harness thanks kimber
