Just got myself a 95 Aurora, its got the 4.0 V8 and has 128,000 miles on it (Paid $1500 for it, hee hee). Anyway, I noticed when I made a left turn it would make a slight rubbing noise (its not rubbing) just sounds like it is. Well Ive had it for abouta month now, and now its louder than ever and it even does it when I have it in park. Just tryin to figure out what it is, I already have to replace the A/C compressor, so dont hurt my feelings too bad. Thanks

Re: Loud Rubbing Type Noise When Steering
Check you power steering fluid. If it's low you'll hear a rubbing sound.

Re: Loud Rubbing Type Noise When Steering
Easy job. Don't pay someone to do it.
