Re: brakes locked up ?

has it been sitting for a long time? If so try towing it with another and drag it , they should come lose.

Need a bit more description on the lockup...was is due to sitting, like 89ltd said, or was it while you were driving?

Smile Re: brakes locked up ?

i am checking it out for a friend, she says it was moving but i checked all the brakes and they seem fine, I think shes just crazy. I found out her rear universal was completely hooped and think she heard it clunking & chattering and thought it was her brakes . Thanks for the advice

Re: brakes locked up ?

If the brakes locked up while she was driving, she probably need to have the rotors/drums turned and new pads/shoes installed. Might be worthwhile to take the wheels off and inspect.
