My new impreza!

I have just bought an impreza. My first fast car! It's so so exciting and aren't they just awesome to drive! Only thing is mine is an AWD 2.0, and yesterday I got beaten by a VW GTI. Was most gutted. I think it wont be long before I upgrade! Loving the impreza! It's a sex machine too. Have been checked out loads (according to my mates), especially when cruising slowly into places like pub car parks. Lush! Has anyone any tips for me? I don't know an awful lot about cars but I'm now willing to learn as much as I can. I used to own a SEAT ibiza so a big change, and you can understand why I didn't really care much for my car then. What a pile of c**p compared with my new baby!

So, is it your first car, or was the seat your first car? put up some pics if you can.

Re: My new impreza!

No the SEAT was my first car but I crashed it into the back of my boyfriend's car! Sounds promising ha! It was a rubbish car though and I used to drive it like an idiot, slow thing it was. Now I have the impreza, I'm a more careful and considerate driver, but it's ace know ing you can put your foot down anytime you want if you need to. You have nothing to prove. Any tips on owning an impreza?

Re: My new impreza!

Have to agree, my Impreza gives me oodles of grin factor, it's a lorra lorra car for very little money.

Performance wise, I have to admit I don't get much of an urge to fettle with something not broken, I think the only modification I'll be doing will be to uprate the suspension which I find a tad 'wallowy'

Glad you're happy with your new wheels
