1999 S10 Dash light problems
When headlights turned on or Aircondition the intire dash light system including all warning lights wil flash on and off Could a faulty Altanator be the problem?
When this happens the volt meter will drop back from 14 to about 10 or 11 volts.

yes it could be you battery or your alternator. Or you have a short.
