Spark plugs firing but engine won't start

i just replaced the engine (3.1L)in my 92 RS camaro. When i turn the ignition switch the engine cranks but does not start. I thought it was a fuel problem at first, but there is plenty of pressure and fuel in the fuel line. So then I checked to make sure all of the spark plugs were sparking and they are. One thing I did notice was that the spark plugs were dry, i assume no fuel is getting to them. Could this be a computer problem that isn't allowing fuel into the engine or is it a bad fuel injector? How can i check to make sure the fuel injector is working? If the injector is working then what should i do?

You can use a noid light to see if the injecotrs are being commanded to fire. Also, double check and make sure the wiring harness is all connected. And of course don't forget the fuses.
