Re: mp3 player
Stock stereo? Man hook here up with an aftermarket radio.. They go for cheap and can play MP3's... Nothing like burning a CD with over 150 songs...

Re: mp3 player
PFYC.com have a kit that you can hook your iPod up to that will charge the unit and you can select songs through the head unit; you don't have to fiddle with the iPod. For some reason it doesn't work with 2002's and older, but the kit is available for 2003 and newer. I believe it runs about $175.

Re: mp3 player
thanks for all of the info guys. she wants to stick with the stock unit, ive already tried to talk her into a nice pioneer. she says that she dosent want to go through the hassle of learning how to use everything, she already knows how to use the stock stereo and she thinks it sounds perfect. its her choice!!!! its an mp3 player not an ipod, any other info would be greatly appreciated. thanks all.

Re: mp3 player
As JTrujillo86 put it, you should take a look at the site he suggested. He might have talked about the iPod converter, but they also have a plain auxiliary connector that may or may not work for you. It depends on the current radio you have and the connections on it. My browser kept having problems with the users manuals so I was not able to check to see if one expressly said the 03, but here is the link for the product.
