Head replacement?
94 Metro XFI 3cyl 1.0L To replace cyl.head do I have to remove intake manifold & TB? also anyone know the torque angle degree setting,after new headbolts are torqued to specs.

If you have a spare intake and exhaust... no. Considering every engine head known to man has the intake manifold and exhaust manifold attached to it.. Yes, i'd remove them.. The new head will work better with them than without them.. Torque angle degree?
Did someone feed you some wrong terminology? I've built many-a-motor, and have never heard that even said. Are you perhaps speaking of the ignition timing, or how to properly time the timing belt?
