Remote Control Key Programming - help

remote control key for Renault Safrane 2.2Vi Exec is no longer working. Tried to reprogram using notes and ky now flashes red instead of continuous red. Voice computer saying engine is immobilised.

I understand there is a code for disabling the engine immobiliser. Any ideas?

Have you replaced the key fob batterys?

You can enter an "emergency code" obtainable from your local Renault dealer if you dont already have it with your handbook/lit, (its a four digit number)
