2004 Cavalier AC Question

I just purchased an 04 Cavalier for my wife. Lovely car. When using the Air Conditioning and setting it on the dash outlets, I get cold air out of only 2 of the 4 dash vents. The two I get strong air flow from are the extreme right side by the passenger door and the left middle one. AS for the extreme left, drivers door and the right middle I get very little air flow. I assume this isn't normal but has anyone had this happen?
Thanks

Re: 2004 Cavalier AC Question

Yes guys, the vents are open. What I should have asked is "are all 4 dash vents suppose give off cold air when the AC is on"?
Thanks

theres a small rodent in 2 of your 4 vents clogging them.

Re: 2004 Cavalier AC Question

If the vent was clogged or closed, then it wouldn't blow any air at all. He said all the vents are blowing air, but only 2 of them are blowing cold air.

Re: 2004 Cavalier AC Question

GM air vents are always spitting air no matter what. Even when closed they still get a bit of air pushed through. Also even when the AC or heat isnt even on the vents will still pass air even when the unit isnt even on. Only thing I can think of that may be going on is there is a clog in the the system or a problem with a connection point in the system causeing only a fraction of air to be pushed through if any at all.
