Re: Parting out Si motor and misc parts

well dirty the tranny worked fine when i drove it, no grinding, but it has about 160k on it, if youre puttin it in id probly just install a new clutch as well but the one in it worked fine. if youre interested ill pull it when i get some time off of work. same thing with the camshaft and gear. i gotta do some research on how to break this motor down as it is just sittin in my parents garage collecting dust. i have monday and wednesday off work this week so ill try to get it apart and take some pics of everything for you.

Re: Parting out Si motor and misc parts

Ill get back to you in a day or so, I would also like the hose that is connected to it, beacause right now, I am going to have to have one custom bent to come around and connect the D series rack to the b series pump :P That would get me completely set up, Because I am definately not going to find a hose for a 4g civic with b series in a junkyard !

Re: Parting out Si motor and misc parts

Well in the picture it appears that it is still bolted to the pump, really im interested in that piece, the hose can be added or attached to it no problem.

Re: Parting out Si motor and misc parts

I dont imagine the hose is whole eh? Not that it matters too much, but it would be awesomely easy if it were. Yeah Id like the part, already have a nice pump. I just can get the damn thing to hook to the rack! But if the price is good then Ill buy your pump, it looks clean and Id trust it more than the one I got from the JY.
