Turn Signals And Brake Lights Don't Work, Please Help

Hi everyone, my 94 Mark8 doesn't respond inside or outside the car to turn signals or hazard lights and when you hit the brakes, only the top brake light behind the window illuminates. Everything else is dead. Headlights and taillights work fine though. Any ideas? Perhaps a damaged relay?

Thank you for all of your input.

p.s. I just bought the car and it came like this.

Might just be the BOO (brake on/off) switch on the Brake Pedal ? Or worse, the MultiFunctionSwitch in the steering column.

Try >>>here<<< too
