Does anyone know if there is a way that i could hook an ipod directly up to my delco factory equalizer stereo? i dont mean with one of those interface things that cost 100$+ , i just want to know if theres any way to just wire some sort of line-in or something or if there IS one that i didnt know about, thanks, i'm just tired of getting crappy reception with my fm transmitter

Re: Someone Help

i believe that it can be done, however, not as easily as u probably are thinking. You'd need to to install an auxilary input onto the stock head unit because it doesn't come with one (same as if you were goin to install a sub or somthing like that) i'm not completely sure how much this is, my best advice would be to go to ur local car audio shop and talk to them. They will know exactly what u want and how to do it. My guess is that by the time u get it done, you would have been better off just getting one of the radio transmitter adapters for your ipod, but i could be wrong.

Re: Someone Help

Or you could do what I did with my Sirius Radio. Just get the casette adapter for a cd player, and it should work. Works with my MP3 player.
