question about the clutch

I was reading on this site about clutches and they wrote that you could use the 300ZTT clutch for the max.
I'm just trying to make sure i can do that.
so has anyone tried it?
if so do you know if it will fit on the 96 maximas?
thanks if you can help!!!

Why?

I read somewhere that you could do that also. But... I was talking to some import enthusiasts down here in VA, and they told me WHY? There are plenty of clutches that suit the maxima just fine (ACT, ect) and they are in the same price range???? I don't know exactly, but with the 300ZTT clutch, there was something about not exact fitment.. and you would have to modify the max .... at least that's what they told me. If it were me, I would go with the Stage 2 ACT... that's if you're car is SC.. if not, Stage 1 HD would be more than adequate! Hope this helps
