Did you replace the ignition switch? Check all the connections to the ignition switch first.

Re: Cant start a 94 Taurus SHO

I changed the ignition cylinder in the column, there was not any wires. It is just a pin and turn it then pull it out. When I turn the key to start all the dash lights go on and everything looks as if it should start. Then nothing. I also changed the relay and that was not it. I'm trying to eliminate all the less expensive things first of course. (starter next?)

Re: Cant start a 94 Taurus SHO

Check the output of the ignition switch. You will need a wiring diagram, meter, and possibly a test light. Doesn't cost to test. Testing individual parts as opposed to blindly replacing them is the most economical way to go. Did you test the inputs and outputs of the relay? New parts doesn't always mean good parts. If the switch tests good and the relay is good then test the starter solenoid. The next step would be to then test the starter.
