Question online shops located in england?

Hello!

I think i've found a way to finally order some kits and supplies! and ive got money too !!

well the best thing would be if I ordered from a shop located in england, so if u guys know of any good online shops please post.

If the shop is small and doesn't have many models or supplies, don't bother to post a link coz I'd like to order everything from the same shop.

thanks :licker:
cheers :licker:

http://www.grandprixmodels.co.uk/ is the only one I can think of. But why UK? Their prices are ... crazy (compared to Japan)

http://www.modelsinmotion.co.uk/frset1.html are one of the main outlets for tamiya stuff, they also have Alcad paint and a few Studio 27 items. Never ordered from them though so dont know what they're like. But to bring back Alex's point, why buy stuff from rip-off Britain when you can order from overseas for less?

Like the guys said, better off buying over seas, like http://www.hlj.com in Japan, the only UK retailer I really use is http://www.hannants.co.uk

I think export duties are down to luck, depending on whether or not customs check your parcel. I managed to buy some kits from HLJ and didn't pay a penny in duty. Mind you, even if I had it still would have been cheaper than buying the kits here in England.

If you really want to stick with the UK though I'd follow Del-R's advice and go for Hannants, they're reliable if not necessarily the cheapest.
