Power Question

If an Amp gives out 200RMS x 2 channels

Will a speaker be hurt from over-powering if it is has a capacity of 90 RMS?

no, if the amp's settings (gain, crossover, etc.) are adjusted correctly for the speaker and you don't turn it up too loud it won't hurt anything.
