broken cruise control on 93...

i just got a 93 integra gs and everything works but the cruise control, the light comes on when i turn it on but the controlls wont work, could anyone give me some advice or process of elimination?

A lot of people take the cruise control off of those cars. I know I did. Check to make sure the cc module is there... (I know, you probably checked already) and if that doesn't work, it's either time for a new one, which are easy to come by, or take apart the control case and see if the buttons are broken?

the control case? you mean the ones on the steering wheel? theres a box under the hood that looks like a control box or whatever its called but its different than any ive ever seen before, usually i see them with a cable to the throttle and a vac line but theres only one cable running from it into the firewall, does it just pull the gas pedal its self down or what? i think im gona hit up the junk yard today and see if i can find the buttons and controll box
