NO Explode...

After asking around, I decided to try NO Explode. Today was my first day using it and it was insane. It has to be borderline steroid. I was lifting 5-10 lbs more then I could on a regular basis. Also, you are so focused, between sets all you think about is the next set. In fact, I'd still probably be at the gym but I tweaked my shoulder and decided not to risk further injury.

All in all, the only side effects I've heard of are headache and naseau. The naseau is prevented by taking on an empty stomache. I can say I have a touch of a headache but it is probably more because I am hungry more then the fact that I took the NO Explode.

After a while of taking this, I'll give you guys an update on how it goes.

Well it's not really borderline steroid because it does a completely different thing. if you want more info you can PM me. I know a few people who are using it and they love it because they get so much more pumped. I also know i think one person who didn't notice anything different. for the headache, try drinking more water, if that doesn't help, i guess just live with it, i don't know what else to tell you. it's been a little while now so how's it going with the NO's?

I know it is completely different then a steriod...I was just referencing how well it works.

But anyway, in less then a month, I have def seen results. In fact, even some of my friends have noticed. I used to always flew alot just joking around, but now when I do it I get wows. And thats in less then a month(mind you I spend about 15 hours a week in the gym). But I've been very impressed with it. Just as a measurable difference, in less then one month my bench has gone up about 35 pounds. In regards to the headache, I haven't had one since the first time I took it. I guess what Im trying to say is to anyone considering using this,

I'm thinking of using it when i start working out more. right now i only go once or twice per week because after work i just have no energy (I run after gokarts all day, dumb kids) so i go on one of my days off and on sundays. once i start going more regularly and I start to see less improvements i think i'll start supplementing some creatine and NO's. right now i'm only using a protein shake and some glutamine (it came free with the bottle of protein )

Yeah No Xplode is great shit. I know a few friends who went on it and really liked it. But if you guys want some good shit, try and get some Mag 10, the Destroyer, it's illegal now but I went on that. It's an unsaturated steroid basically, and that shit, you could lift until the apocolypse and not be tired, it was great shit. That on top of a lot of protein and you got big quick. Very quick.

I saw that BSN(the company that makes NO explode) has also come out with a new creatine that they say doesnt hold all the water weight, I might stack that and see how it goes but thats about a month away.

I found some stuff that a guy at GNC recommended where it's NO's plus creatine and a few other things. when i start going hardcore again i'll use that.
