99 explorer xlt WHISTLE

MY 99 4.0 EXPLORER HAS developed the famous whistle, While at idle.
is this the mass air flow sensor ? and where is it located ? and how do I clean it?

Mass air flow sensor cleaner spray- by CRC.
Most auto part stores stock it.
