About time I got the CEL

So i was making my 3-hour drive back home for the weekend, when a CEL pops up. Being DSM'ers we tend to freak out when this happens because well, usually it's something bad. I don't notice any driving differences, and I don't have my laptop, so I continue on. I find a autozone, and what do ya know, it's the "catalyst efficiency below operating conditions" CEL, means nothing. The weird thing about it of course is that I haven't had a cat on the car for almost 2 years now. I'm kind of curious what would set it off now? Then again, it doesn't matter because using DSMLink I cleared the code and set it so it will never go off again I heart DSMLINK

Anyway, I've been thinking about this and I just can't figure out why it would go off now

O yeah and update on my car, I get the j-pipe from slowboy tuesday, will have it tapped wednesday, back on the car ASAP, and another race with that modded LSjuan!

Re: About time I got the CEL

Huh. I would also like to know why I'm not throwing codes like shit. My EGR isnt plugged in, the 3 emissions deals are plugged in, but theres no vac lines. I dont know...
