So, I went to change my PCV valve...

in the 97 Bonneville SE I just bought. There wasn't one in there. WTF.

The car ran fine, and runs fine now that I put one in. The intake was just replaced...would this be something that they would have forgot to reinstall??

Yes, very easily. This is often overlooked by mechanics when they replace the upper intake.
