chrome on the caprice classic

id like to add the classic door chrome to my caprice, i cant seem to find anything on the net about doing anything like that. anyone know where i could find some shit on that?

Are you talking about the strip on the B-pillar, such as on the Brougham models? I believe that's brushed aluminum. You should be able to get something like that in the junkyard. Doesn't have to be a Chevy - most other GM B bodies have that strip.

if your talking bout the chrome that goes around the edges of the doors, junkyard

like silicon said, junkyard.

A lot of caprice parts arent being reporduced for restoration yet.

Try www.ClassicIndusties.com, and go to the impala section, and when you search it will automatically bring caprice results up too. i got a new Grill and headlight doors from there. some good stuff.

i always thought the trim was stainless steel
