89 caprice

the drivers side window on my 4 door caprice came off the track and before i could fix it my friend got in my car and decided he would roll down the window and by doing this he completly mangled the plastic track the crack runs on. I got the window back on track but where that plastic is mangled i cant roll it up or down. ive been trying to figure out how to replace that plastic track, any ideas?

That plastic track is officially known as regulator tape. You can get regulator tape at Autozone (in the Help section). I can't help you beyond that.
