2006 330i key fob seat memory fails
my wife and i each have a personalized fob, and unlocking the car is supposed to reset the drivers seat to each driver preference. works most of the time, but sometimes not...........help?

Take it back to the dealer. Sounds like you have a defective keyfob.
BTW A beemer is a bike and a bimmer is a car.
