Ok I am ready to purchase the warpspeed y-pipe but I was wondering how much noise this will add to the already loud exhaust? Can you really tell that it adds more noise? Thanks imn advance

i don't know for sure. but i'll bet that fucker is LOUD unless you have your stock catalytic converter. The y-pipe adds a lot of power. 10-12 hp or more. it's probably worth the noise

It shouldn't really add much noise. If you have a Cali spec car, it get's rid of your pre-cats, but other than that, the noise increase should only be slight. It's the CAI and exhaust that really add noise, and it will only be magnified with the Y-pipe. The new warpspeed Y's are supposed to have a much better flex section, so you shouldn't get the bee's in the can sound like I do with my first gen warpspeed... nothing a little header wrap couldn't (or didn't) fix though...
For the price, you can't beat warpspeed.

Is the y-pipe just a intermediate pipe, that connects to the muffler, or is it it's own exhaust system?
