Exhuast stud leak

Ok on my caprice, the passanger side manifold had the top right stud (one closet to the belts) Got loose or something, and rusted a few turns out, and it now its not a constant leak, it builds up then Pops kinda. I bought it like this

Its not serious, but how can I got about removing old rusted studs, and putting new ones in?

Should be bolts, not studs ... anyways if a bolt breaks off, you will need to remove the manifold and then if there's enough sticking out of the head, you can vise-grip it out, if not - then it's ez-out time.
