Spark plug part #

I have a 2002 CV, I went to the dealer to buy new Motorcraft spark plugs. The plugs that were already in the engine were part number AWSF 32P but the dealer gave me plug number AGSF 32PM. The plugs are exactly the same size, except there is a lot more thread on the new plugs. I checked on the motorcraft site, and it says the correct plug is AGSF 32PM (the longer thread one). Very confusing.

Now my question is, will these work? Are these new plugs a replacement for the old ones? I want to replace the plugs tomorrow & the dealer isn't open until monday.
