need help on upgrades

I have a 92 prelude with a 93 h22. I need some help which mods i should put on it that would help performance. I dont know to much about cars yet.

cold air intake, headers, and exhaust.

thanks. that was going to be my first step. but after that, i mean, what enigne inexpensive engine parts make a good difference?

turbo charger seems pretty obvious. cams are always good, fuel injectors, spark plugs. hope that helps?
