|
help me figure out problem please
i am going to buy a 94 honda civic ex. for 500. the only thing is that the car was broken into and the chip was stolen and the car wont start. what chip is the lady talking about? please help.

She probably means the ECU. It's a P28. Search on ebay for them. It goes under the passenger side kick panel.
