97 gt, theft light flashing, WON'T START

i had this problem before in the wires off the ignition switch.... corrected it and now i have the same syptoms, but the 3 wires are ok at the ignition. anywhere else to look.? the car starts runs a second and shuts down. what should the continuity or voltage be at the switch.. ? thank you anyone who helps..ok ill buy you a beer

thanks to all the participants. leaving the key in the acc. position for 10 minute corrected the problem..... i just hope it doesnt happen again.. will be in this room again .....of course... i hate forking over $$$$$$$$$$$ when taking a little time here solves a lot of problems.. thanks again all.
